Dental Appointments operates dental clinics in Hocking, North Beach, Two Rocks, and Mullaloo, Western Australia. Our Website provides information about our services, allows you to request appointments, and facilitates contact with our team.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointment requests submitted via our website or contact form are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
  • We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of the clinic.
  • Emergency appointments are available subject to clinic capacity and are not guaranteed.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a prior arrangement has been made with the clinic.
  • We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit cards, and HICAPS on-the-spot health fund claiming.
  • All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Treatment cost estimates are indicative only and may vary based on clinical findings during your appointment.

5. Health Fund and Medicare

We accept all major private health funds via HICAPS. Health fund rebates depend on your level of cover and the specific treatment provided. We are not responsible for the amount or outcome of health fund claims. Medicare rebates may apply to eligible children under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).
